- Upon choosing to participate in this campaign according to the enrollment method as mentioned below, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.

- 活動日期為 2022 年 11月14 日至2022 年12 月27日。

- I-PRIMO is the organizer of “I-PRIMO Hong Kong 10 Year Anniversary Festival - Limited Mysterious Gift Campaign” (“Campaign”).
- The Campaign period lasts from 14th November 2022 to 27th December 2022, both dates inclusive.
- Terms and Conditions in Chinese and the English translation is provided for reference only. In case for any inconsistency or ambiguity, the Chinese version shall prevail.
參加資格及方法
- 參加者必須年滿 18 歲並持有香港身份證之香港居民。
- 顧客凡於活動期間到訪各大I-PRIMO專門店購買訂婚鑽戒，方可參加本活動。
- 本活動之神秘禮物設兩大等級，分別為等級1與等級2。
- 顧客購買任何訂婚鑽戒，即可選擇等級2的神秘禮物。
- 顧客如購買任何訂婚鑽戒達港幣$50,000或以上，則可選擇等級1及2的神秘禮物。
- 顧客每次只可獲一次選擇神秘禮物的機會，選擇後不可作出任何更改。
- 本活動之神秘禮物數量有限，送完即止。
Eligibility and Enrollment Method
- All participants must be aged 18 or above and hold a valid Hong Kong Identity Card.
- The customer must purchase any Engagement Ring at I-PRIMO Store during the promotion period to be eligible to join the Campaign.
- There are 2 tiers for the mysterious gift.
- The customer who has purchased any engagement ring will be able to select a Tier 2 mysterious gift.
- The customer can select the Tier 1 and 2 mysterious gift if the engagement ring is ordered at HK$50,000 or above.
- Each customer can only have ONE chance to select the mysterious gift, and no changes can be made after the selection.
- All gifts are limited, and offered while stock lasts.
條款及細則
- 此券只適用於I-PRIMO香港專門店。
- 顧客使用時，請出示正本換領券，任何影印版或電子版恕不接受。
- 換領者必須為顧客本人，同時需出示身分證明文件/單據作核實之用。
- 換領時顧客須簽署職員提供之禮品換領確認文件以完成整個領取程序。
- 換領券不可轉讓他人、兌換現金或作現金找續。
- 換領券只可使用一次，使用後將被收回。
- 所有禮品將不設退換，敬請留意。
- I-PRIMO之員工及其家屬均不得參加是次活動，以示公允。

- I-PRIMO可隨時更改、終止及/或取消本活動禮品換領或修訂相關條款及細則而s毋須另行通知。如有任何爭議，I-PRIMO保留活動之最終決定權。
Terms and Conditions
- This voucher is only valid at Hong Kong I-PRIMO Stores.
- Customers must present the original copy of voucher when redeeming, and damaged, defaced or photocopied voucher will not be accepted.
- The gift redemption registrant should be the purchaser of the I-PRIMO products, and customer must present the original copy of the HKID Card and eligible purchase invoice with date falling within the promotion period as supporting documents to redeem the gift.
- Customer must sign on the redemption confirmation document provided by I-PRIMO’s staff to complete the redemption.
- The redeemed gift cannot be exchanged for cash or resale purpose.
- The voucher will be surrendered upon redemption.
- No refund or exchange for the redeemed gift.
- Employees and family members of I-PRIMO will not be eligible to participate in this Campaign.
- If customer has any questions about the Terms and Conditions, please email us at info@iprimo.com.hk.
- In case of disputes, I-PRIMO reserves the rights of final decision, including terminating or changing details of the Campaign and its terms and conditions without prior notice.
取消資格
I-PRIMO保留最終決定權以取消顧客參與本活動及/或領取禮品的資格而無須發出事先通知，如顧客：違反本條款及條件；
- 違反本條款及條件；
- 提供不真實或錯誤的個人資料；
- 於領取禮品時提供與參加時不符之個人資料；
- 以非法或不誠實的手法參加本活動；
- 在合理情況下被認為應該取消參與資格。
Disqualification
I-PRIMO reserves the sole and absolute right to disqualify customer from the Campaign and/or gifts, without prior notice if customer:
- Commit a breach of these Terms and Conditions;
- Provide untrue or incomplete personal information;
- Provide inconsistent personal information at the time of enrollment and Gifts redemption;
- Are found to be participating in this campaign in any illegal or dishonest manner;
- Are considered to be disqualified or excluded under reasonable circumstances.
