Terms and Conditions of “I-PRIMO The Blissful Moment” Photo Taking Campaign
參加活動前，所有參加者必需細閱及遵守以下條款及使用守則。閣下的參與將代表閣下已細閱及同意各項條款及細則。
Upon choosing to participate in this campaign according to the enrollment method as mentioned below,
you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.
參加資格及方法
- 參加者必須年滿18 歲並持有香港身份證之香港居民。
- 顧客凡於活動期間到訪各大I-PRIMO專門店購買任何訂婚鑽戒或結婚對戒，即可參加本活動。
- 參加者必須拍攝即影即有相片一張作為參賽作品。
- 參賽作品必須於店內完成並遞交。
- 每位顧客只限參加一次，參賽作品一經遞交，不能再作任何修改、調換及不獲退還。
- 參賽作品不能含有淫褻、暴力、色情、誹謗、不良意識、侮辱成分或任何具爭議性及不適當的內容。
Eligibility and Enrollment Method
- All participants must be aged 18 or above and hold a valid Hong Kong Identity Card.
- The customer must purchase any Engagement Ring or Wedding Ring at I-PRIMO Store during the promotion period to be eligible to join the Campaign.
- The customer must take an Instant Photo for submission.
- The Instand Photo has to be taken in I-PRIMO Store.
- Each customer can only submit ONE photo, and no changes can be made after submission.
- An entry should not contain any material that is obscene, violent, pornographic, defamatory, indecent, disparaging or content that is controversial and inappropriate.
結果公佈及領奬須知
- 是次活動只適用於I-PRIMO香港專門店。
- 所有得獎結果以I-PRIMO的最後決定為準。如有任何爭議，主辦機構擁有最終決定權。
- 得奬名單將於活動完結兩星期內在I-PRIMO香港Facebook專頁公布。
- 所有得獎者將於得奬名單公布後兩星期內收到電郵通知領獎，如沒有收到領獎通知，則當落選論。
- 換領者必須為顧客本人，同時需出示身分證明文件/單據作核實之用。
- 領獎時顧客須簽署職員提供之確認文件以完成整個領取程序。
- 如得獎者未能於得奬名單公布後60天內到達I-PRIMO香港專門店領獎，則當作棄權論。
- 獎品價值以獎品所屬機構公布之零售價或定價為準．參加者不得異議。
- 得獎者須參照獎品上所註明的換領方法及細則，於有效期內換領獎品，過期未領或不按細則換領當作失效論。有關獎品詳情請直接聯絡獎品所屬機構或參閱其網站。
- 獎品不可轉讓他人、兌換現金或作現金找續。
- 所有禮品將不設退換，敬請留意。
- I-PRIMO之員工及其家屬均不得參加是次活動，以示公允。
- 如對本條款及細則有任何查詢，歡迎電郵至：info@iprimo.com.hk。
- I-PRIMO可隨時更改、終止及/或取消本活動禮品換領或修訂相關條款及細則而毋須另行通知。如有任何爭議，I-PRIMO保留活動之最終決定權。
Result Announcement and Prize Collection Notice
- This campaign is only valid at Hong Kong I-PRIMO Stores.
- The decisions of I-PRIMO on the campaign results shall be final. In case of dispute, the Organiser’s decision is final.
- The campaign results will be announced on I-PRIMO Hong Kong’s Facebook Page within two weeks after the campaign ends.
- Winners will be notified to collect their prizes by email within two weeks after the announcement. Those who have not received any notification during such period will be deemed as failed.
- The gift redemption registrant should be the purchaser of the I-PRIMO products, and customer must present the original copy of the HKID Card and eligible purchase invoice with date falling within the promotion period as supporting documents to redeem the gift.
- Customer must sign on the redemption confirmation document provided by I-PRIMO’s staff to complete the redemption.
- If winners are not able to collect the prizes within 60days after the announcement, winners will be deemed to have given up their prizes and their right to collect them.
- All prizes’ value are referred in accordance with their retail price or fixed price announced by the gift issuer. Participants shall not dispute over the value of the prizes.
- Prizes’ winners are required to comply with the prize redemption methods, redemption conditions and the redemption deadline as set out by the gift issuer. Prize winners’ right to redeem their prizes may be considered invalid if the redemption period expires or if the redemption conditions are not complied with. All prize winners should contact directly the gift issuer or visit their website for details or queries.
- The redeemed gift cannot be exchanged for cash or resale purpose.
- No refund or exchange for the redeemed gift.
- Employees and family members of I-PRIMO will not be eligible to participate in this Campaign.
- If customer has any questions about the Terms and Conditions, please email us at info@iprimo.com.hk.
- In case of disputes, I-PRIMO reserves the rights of final decision, including terminating or changing details of the Campaign and its terms and conditions without prior notice.
取消資格
I-PRIMO保留最終決定權以取消顧客參與本活動及/或領取禮品的資格而無須發出事先通知，如顧客：違反本條款及條件；
- 違反本條款及條件；
- 提供不真實或錯誤的個人資料；
- 於領取禮品時提供與參加時不符之個人資料；
- 以非法或不誠實的手法參加本活動；
- 在合理情況下被認為應該取消參與資格。
Disqualification
I-PRIMO reserves the sole and absolute right to disqualify customer from the Campaign and/or gifts, without prior notice if customer:
- Commit a breach of these Terms and Conditions;
- Provide untrue or incomplete personal information;
- Provide inconsistent personal information at the time of enrollment and Gifts redemption;
- Are found to be participating in this campaign in any illegal or dishonest manner;
- Are considered to be disqualified or excluded under reasonable circumstances.
