These Terms and Conditions are only pertinent to the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (hereinafter referred to as “Hong Kong”) and shall apply to the I-PRIMO Membership Program (hereinafter referred to as the “Program”). Primo Diamond Hong Kong Ltd. is responsible for providing and managing the Program in Hong Kong.
  • General Terms and Conditions
    • After registering and being approved as a member, a customer will be eligible for all the member benefits in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Such benefits are, in addition to being listed in the Terms and Conditions, partly listed in detail at the following website: http://www.iprimo.hk/en/membership/ (The details related to the I-PRIMO member benefits are referenced and incorporated as part of these Terms and Conditions). The Terms and Conditions, including the details listed in the website above, may be changed by I-PRIMO anytime without a member’s agreement.
    • I-PRIMO member accounts may only be used for the purpose of personal shopping. I-PRIMO member accounts may not be used for commercial or promotional purposes, or any alternative use unless with I-PRIMO’S written approval.
    • I-PRIMO membership and privileges may not be transferred to other parties.
    • I-PRIMO reserves all rights to change the framework, rules, rights, benefits and any other aspect of the Program at any time, and to terminate the Program at any time. Without affecting the general principle of the aforementioned terms, I-PRIMO has the right to modify these Terms and Conditions without the member’s agreement. I-PRIMO will notify members in advance of the change of the Program’s Terms and Conditions. Following the change of the Terms and Conditions, a member’s continued use of the updated Program or any of its related features will be deemed to constitute acceptance and agreement to the Program. I-PRIMO will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from or pertaining to any changes in the Program or related features, or any changes to the Terms and Conditions.
  • I-PRIMO Membership Program Application
    • The I-PRIMO Membership Program is only applicable to purchases made at the locations specified below:
      • The I-PRIMO Hong Kong Stores
      • The exhibitions held by I-PRIMO in Hong Kong and Macau
      • The I-PRIMO online consultation services
    • Membership Application Eligibility
      • This Program applies to any individuals aged 18 or above. If an individual is under the age of 18 and wishes to become a member, prior consent of their parents or guardians will be required.
      • The name registered must be the same as on their valid identification document (as defined in Section 2.c.i).
      • An applicant can register for I-PRIMO membership regardless of whether he or she has made any previous purchase at I-PRIMO stores. To become an I-PRIMO member, the individual will simply need to fill in the required information on the registration form, agree to the Terms and Conditions, and verify their phone number. There is no application fee for account registration. Routes to registration include:
        • At the I-PRIMO Hong Kong Stores;
        • On the I-PRIMO Hong Kong Official Website;
        • Through an I-PRIMO member friend referral link.
      • Once successfully registered for I-PRIMO membership, a member can earn points by shopping at specified locations (as defined in Section 2.a) and manage member points, purchase history, after sales service, and enjoy member benefits through the membership system.
        • If two customers shop together at the store and each fill out their respective information on the bill (including names and phone numbers, etc.), the system will automatically connect the two accounts. After the customers have each registered as a member, the system will consequently set one of the accounts as the master account. The aforementioned member points and purchase history can only be reviewed and managed on the master account.
        • If customers need to exchange the master and secondary accounts, they will need to submit an application to I-PRIMO, and I-PRIMO will process the application.
      • All account applicants to the Program must warrant and declare that the information provided to I-PRIMO is true, complete, and accurate.
      • I-PRIMO reserves unequivocal and final rights to accept or reject any account application to the Program without the need to provide any reason for such decision.
    • Member Identification
      • Valid identification documents refer to valid documents accepted by I-PRIMO that are printed with the same name as registered by the I-PRIMO member (such as credit cards and driver’s licenses).
      • Members must present valid identification documents (as defined in Section 2.c.i) and log in to their I-PRIMO online membership page before redeeming awards or enjoying benefits in order to protect member rights (including but not limited to purchase accumulation for membership tiers, shopping discounts, earning and using “Primo Points”, referrer rewards, member services and benefits). For customers failing to provide valid identification, I-PRIMO reserves the right to refuse to grant any member benefits.
  • The “Primo Point” Program
    • The “Primo Point” Program is the only member point reward program recognized by Primo Diamond Hong Kong Ltd. After completing the I-PRIMO membership registration, members will automatically be included in the “Primo Point” Program.
    • Calculation of the “Primo Point” system
      • Once successfully registered as an I-PRIMO member, members can begin to shop and earn points (hereinafter referred to as “Primo Points”).
      • “Primo Points” can be collected by shopping at specified locations (as defined in Section 2.a).
      • Members who purchase any diamond engagement rings, wedding rings, fashion jewelry or other products or services specified by I-PRIMO at specified locations (as defined in Section 2.a) and register as I-PRIMO members upon purchase can earn “Primo Points” in accordance with the amount of the order. Each member can earn 5 “Primo Points” for every HK$100 spent, and so forth.
      • “Primo Point” is calculated based on the net price (which is the actual final amount paid by the member after applying any discount and redeeming “Primo Points”).
      • To avoid any confusion, “Primo Points” cannot be collected from after sales services (such as modification or refurbishment), staff purchases, and purchase of other accessories.
    • The “Primo Point” Program is only applicable to purchases at specified locations (as defined in Section 2.a).
    • In order to earn or use “Primo Points,” members must present valid identification (as defined in Section 2.c.i) and log in to their member account then present to I-PRIMO staff.
    • “Primo Points” are valid for 24 months from the product pick-up date of each purchase. One day after the order is placed, “Primo Points” will temporarily display as irredeemable on the account. The day after the product pick-up date, “Primo Points” will become redeemable in the account. Member points and reward benefits must be used on or before the expiration date. The day after the expiry date, all points and rewards will be invalid without notice from I-PRIMO, and will not be returned. For example, with a product pick-up date on September 1, 2021, the expiry date for the “Primo Points” earned will be August 31, 2023.
    • Members can earn “Primo Points” through:
      • Purchase of product from specified categories:
        • Purchase of diamond engagement rings, wedding rings, and fashion jewelry or other products or services listed by I-PRIMO (except for the provisions specified in Section 3.2e).
        • “Primo Points” can be used alongside product discounts. Members can still earn “Primo Points” based on the amount of purchase (net price) (see Section 3.b.iv for more details).
      • Granted “Primo Points” via the following activities and programs:
        • The member referral program (see Section 4 for further details);
        • and special promotions (see the terms of special promotions for further details).
    • “Primo Points” are granted through the following activities and programs:
      • The member referral program (see Section 4 for further details);
      • and special promotions (see the terms of special promotions for further details).
    • The Use of “Primo Points”:
      • Members may use “Primo Points” at specified locations (as defined in Section 2.a) within the validity date and depending on the status of the Points as defined in Section 3.e.
      • Members may use “Primo Points” earned to redeem cash discounts at specified locations (as defined in Section 2.a). Each “Primo Point” shall be redeemed as HK$1 in cash for payment exchange rate.
      • The points can only be redeemed and used once.
      • The cash discounts redeemed with “Primo Points” can only be used for the purchase of fashion diamond jewelry series.
      • The upper limit of the cash discount redeemed with “Primo Points” is 40% of the regular price for each fashion diamond jewelry series product, which includes the total amount after other discounts and special offers.
      • “Primo Points” must be used within the specified validity date, and will be voided automatically after the expiry date. (For further information on the validity date, please refer to Section 3.e.) Therefore, members are responsible for managing their own membership information accordingly, which includes regularly checking and verifying their own points status and the expiry date.
    • Cancellation and Change of Order
      • All I-PRIMO products are not eligible for exchange or return after pickup.
      • If an order is canceled before pickup, or if the product is not picked up from the store within 6 months of purchase, I-PRIMO will charge 20% of the net price of the order (as defined in Section 3.b.iv) as an administrative fee.
      • No “Primo Points” will be earned through payment of any administrative fee incurred from order cancellation.
      • Used “Primo Points” may not be returned under any circumstances, which includes order cancellation and the products purchased using cash discounts by redeeming “Primo Points.”
    • “Primo Points” may not be redeemed for cash or gifts under any circumstances.
    • “Primo Points” is only transferable strictly between the master and secondary account (as defined in Section 2.b.iv.1) premise that Section 1.c is not violated. Such transfer must be applied through I-PRIMO and be processed by I-PRIMO.
    • If I-PRIMO discovers any act of abuse or fraud in earning or using “Primo Points” by a member, all “Primo Points” held by said member holds along with his or her membership shall be canceled or frozen without affecting any other rights and privileges of I-PRIMO.
  • Member Referral Program
    • The member (“the referrer”) and the referred new member (“the referee”) are eligible for additional benefits.
      • The Referrer
        • The referrer can receive 200 “Primo Points” for every referred person who registers for membership and successfully picks up purchased products at specified locations (as defined in Section 2.1).
        • If I-PRIMO discovers in the process of recommending the referee any act of abuse or fraud by a referrer, or any business partnership between the referrer and the referee, all “Primo Points” that the referrer may earn from the referral in question may be canceled without affecting any other rights and privileges of I-PRIMO.
      • The Referee
        • Once the referee registers for membership and makes their first purchase at specified locations (as defined in Section 2.a), the referee can enjoy the following discounts for said purchase:
          • An additional HK$500 discount for the purchase of diamond engagement rings and wedding rings
          • An additional HK$300 discount on fashion diamond jewelry
    • The referral process: A successful referral is when a referee registers for membership through the referrer’s unique link and makes their first purchase at specified locations (as defined in Section 2.a) using the “friend referral coupon” in their account.
  • Termination and Suspension of Account
    • PRIMO holds complete and absolute discretion to suspend or terminate any member account under the following circumstances with notice and explanation:
      • I-PRIMO has reasonable grounds to believe that the member has breached the Terms and Conditions herein;
      • I-PRIMO has reasonable grounds to believe that the member is involved in illegal activities while using this Program; or I-PRIMO is requested by applicable laws or authorities to take such measures;
      • I-PRIMO has reasonable grounds to believe that the member is involved in activities that damage I-PRIMO’s reputation or interest while using the Program.
    • After terminating an I-PRIMO member account, all “Primo Points,” benefits, and discounts collected under that account will be canceled and declared invalid. The member will have no claim against Primo Diamond Hong Kong Ltd. for any loss or damage incurred, unless otherwise stipulated by applicable mandatory laws.
  • Personal Information

    • A customer can update their personal information that we collect on our websiteor at any of our stores. Such customer requests will be processed in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.
  • Miscellaneous
    • Other than the members and I-PRIMO itself, no other individual has the right to enforce any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions based on the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance or enjoy any of the benefits described in this Terms and Conditions.
    • Without I-PRIMO’s prior written approval, members shall not assign, transfer, or otherwise handle any and all of the rights or obligations under the Terms and Conditions. I-PRIMO may transfer or otherwise re-assign all interest, rights, and obligations under the Terms and Conditions.
    • The Chinese version of the Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
    • Since the Program relies on systems such as communication networks and electric networks that are beyond our control, we cannot guarantee that the Program will operate uninterrupted at all times. Nonetheless, we will strive to ensure the support of the operation of the Program by our systems.
    • In the event that I-PRIMO postpones, fails to or delays the exercise of any rights, powers or remedies, it shall not be deemed an act of waiver of such rights, powers or remedies. Any singular or partial execution of any of the rights, powers or remedies under the Terms and Conditions shall not exclude any further execution thereof. All rights, powers or remedies of I-PRIMO shall continue to be effective until I-PRIMO signs a written waiver to renounce a right, power or remedy specifically.
    • The notifications, requests, or other communications (each and collectively referred to as “notification”) may be sent electronically or by any other methods deemed appropriate by I-PRIMO. A notification may be sent to the member’s email or any other relevant contact kept in I-PRIMO’s record.
    • If any provision of the Terms and Conditions is declared illegal, invalid, prohibited or unenforceable in any legal jurisdiction, such provision shall be void only in the jurisdiction where it is declared illegal, invalid, prohibited or unenforceable, without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions as well as the legality of such provisions in other legal jurisdictions.
    • The Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with the legislation of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
    • I-PRIMO reserves the right to change and interpret the rights described this Program without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, I-PRIMO reserves the right of final decision in the execution of the offers, and members shall raise no objection.
