Consequently, I-PRIMO particularly values the 4C established by GIA (Gemological Institute of America) that represents the quality of diamonds. With the aesthetic taste as a diamond wedding ring specialty store, we exquisitely select premium quality diamonds according to the four standards of diamonds: carat, color, clarity and cut.

Center stone only adopts the highest rated cut, which is “Excellent” cut grade.

The value of diamonds largely depends on the beauty they possess. However, “cut” is the only factor susceptible to human influence out of the 4Cs and it determines the brilliance of diamonds. The strong and gorgeous unique brilliance of diamonds comes from the effective reflection as they absorb light in all directions. I-PRIMO selected center stones qualify the highest rated “Triple excellent” grade in proportion, symmetry and polish regarding the standard in cut. We also exquisitely adopt the “3Excellent HEART & CUPID” cut, which is said to the best way to see the perfect “Hearts & Arrows”, on the stone in order to reveal the splendid brilliance in diamonds to the fullest.

A cut that equipped all diamonds with
“Hearts & Arrows”

The round and bright cut that I-PRIMO is particular about has 58 facets, which can show the splendid brilliance in diamonds. By using special magnifying lens, you can see arrow patterns from above and heart patterns from below. This “Hearts & Arrows” pattern is the evidence of exceptional symmetrical cut, which is able to strongly reflect the absorbed light, unleashing dazzling and eye-catching brilliance. Other than the center stone on engagement rings, I-PRIMO also adopts “Hearts & Arrows” for extremely small melee diamonds with less than 1mm in diameter as wedding rings and the like, and the highest quality of the cut is persistent down to the fine details.※1。

The quality certification is made by industry-recognized agencies.

In I-PRIMO, diamonds over 0.18ct will all come with diamond appraisal. Although there are numerous appraisal agencies, I-PRIMO only entrusts ones that are highly accredited and recognized in Japan and abroad and offer industry-recognized appraisal in return for customers’ trust.

Natural Pink Diamond, the miraculous diamonds nourished by Mother Nature.

The natural pink diamonds are much more valuable for its scarcity. With the elegant and captivating color, Purplish Pink diamonds (pink with a tint of purple) are even esteemed as miraculous diamonds for the extremely low amount of mining. I-PRIMO signed a contract in 2008 with the Argyle Pink Diamonds that possesses the Argyle Diamond Mine, the origin of the most well-known pink diamonds, certified us as the official distributor “Select Atelier”.
As “Select Atelier”, we offer one-and-only additional service that is customizing all the melee diamonds on the rings into pink diamonds.
