Primo Points Validity Period Change Notice

Effective from July 1, 2024, the validity period for Primo Points will be changed as follows:
The "Primo Point" validity period will be change to 12 months for all orders that are picked up from July 1, 2024 onwards. Member points and reward benefits must be used on or before the expiration date. The day after the expiry date, all points and rewards will be invalid without notice from I-PRIMO, and will not be returned. For example, with a product pick-up date on July 1, 2024, the expiry date for the “Primo Points” earned will be June 30, 2025.
