I-PRIMO's wedding ring consultants will provide assistance to
couples who are looking for rings.
Online consultation service will be held via Zoom. Customers only need a computer or mobile phone (download the Zoom app) to enjoy the online consultation service. It is convenient for guests from overseas regions such as Macau, to enjoy the same experience as our consultation service in retail store.
Online Consultation Reservation Flow

Please fill in personal information such as your name, mobile number, email address,
and your preferred date and time of the online consultation.
Please book in advance (2 days prior to the service)

Online Consultation Date and Time Confirmation
A confirmation with the date and time, including the zoom meeting URL will be sent to your email.
Simply click on the zoom link to start the online consultation at the reserved time stated on the email.
Online Consultation Service, Purchase and Pick up

Simply click on the zoom link to start the online consultation at the reserved date and time.
Step 2
Customers may use a computer or mobile phone (with zoom application downloaded) to meet with our professional consultant who will assist and introduce rings through the online meeting.
Step 3
Customers may place order during the online consultation, by email or WhatsApp. The order will be confirmed with payment via bank wire transfer.
Step 4
Once payment is confirmed, I-PRIMO may arrange to lend the ring size gauge to the customer for size confirmation. When all information is confirmed, I-PRIMO will inform the estimated pick up date for the ordered products.
