Engagement ring and wedding ring (since January 1st, 2020)
* Ring size modification is forever free of charge.
* First-time ring size exchange is free.

*If the size modification exceeds the standard ring size, an additional special size fee will be charged (separate quote will be provided).

Anniversary / Fashion Jewelry
・For eternity rings and certain styles: individual quotes will be provided.

Repair

Engagement ring・Wedding ring：
・Free repair within the first year.
・Free repair if melee diamonds fall off within the first year. Thereafter, individual charges will be quoted.
・Due to processing methods, free service may not apply for certain products.

* Not applicable for center stone or pink melee diamond of engagement rings.

　Anniversary / Fashion Jewelry：
・Free repair within the first year. Thereafter, individual charges will be quoted.
・Repair may not be possible if certain accessories are lost or damaged.
* A repair fee will be charged for any human-caused damage.

※ The after service mentioned above is only applicable to products purchased in Hong Kong. 
※ Any products purchased in other areas are not eligible for free after service in Hong Kong.
